TEC41.01 The Tecnomed oxygen flowmeter with humidifier delivers measured oxygen from a wall or pendant terminal unit to the patient. A brass body carries a graduated flow tube and a detachable 200 ml polycarbonate humidification jar, giving precise flow up to 15 Lpm. Single, twin, hose-fed and all-metal versions are available with DIN, BS, AFNOR or AFROX probes.
TEC41.05 The Tecnomed oxygen cylinder regulator reduces high-pressure cylinder oxygen to a safe patient supply in hospitals, medical areas and ambulances. The chrome-plated brass body accepts up to 250 bar, reads 0-315 bar on the inlet manometer and delivers an adjustable outlet from 16 bar down to 0.2 bar, with single or double gauge and optional emergency outlet.
TEC41.06 A Tecnomed oxygen therapy device combines regulator, flowmeter and humidifier in one unit that regulates and humidifies the pressure coming from a high-pressure oxygen cylinder. The chrome-plated brass body accepts up to 230 bar, delivers 4-5 bar regulated output and 0-15 L/min adjustable flow, with a sterilisable polycarbonate humidifier bottle and optional emergency outlet.
TEC41.10 The Tecnomed vacuum regulator sets the suction drawn from the hospital central vacuum system at the point of care. A chrome-plated brass body carries an on-off valve, flow adjustment control and suction value indicator, and regulates from -250 mbar minimum to -1000 mbar maximum. Paediatric scaling, a trap jar and a Venturi version are available.
TEC41.11 The Tecnomed gas valve with manometer is produced to act as gas flow control and indicator on hospital medical gas systems. A chrome-plated brass body carries a flow adjustment knob, a pressure or vacuum gauge and a gas-specific connection probe, with a hose outlet for connecting equipment at the bed head, pendant or wall module.
TEC41.13 Tecnomed vacuum jars collect aspirated fluid from the suction regulator at the bed head, pendant or trolley. The reusable graduated jar lets staff read collected volume directly, while the disposable vacuum jar suits single-use collection protocols. Both mount to Tecnomed vacuum regulators and can be combined with a trap jar to protect the regulator and pipeline.
TEC41.15 Tecnomed medical gas probes connect equipment and hoses to terminal units so gas from the central system reaches the patient or the device. Manufactured to BS 5682:1992, DIN 13260 and AFNOR NF S 90-116, they are made of chrome-plated brass, produced specifically for O2, N2O, medical air 4 and 7 bar and CO2, and labelled per gas.
TEC41.16 Tecnomed medical copper pipe is seamless tube manufactured to EN 13348 for hospital medical gas pipeline systems, supplied in 5-metre straight lengths closed with caps and marked with the norm and diameter on every pipe. The programme includes copper pipe fittings, single and double clamps, GCu sleeves, M8 studs, steel anchor clamps and clamp rail.
TEC41.17 Tecnomed medical gas hoses are special thermoplastic hoses for medical gases, colour coded according to EN 739 and suitable for pressure up to 10 bar. Colours identify oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air 4 bar and vacuum at a glance, and hoses are supplied to length with gas-specific probes and unions for bed heads, pendants and equipment.
Tecnomed medical gas equipment covers everything that sits between the hospital pipeline and the patient: oxygen flowmeters with humidifiers, cylinder regulators, oxygen therapy sets, vacuum regulators and suction jars, gas-specific probes, and the copper pipe, fittings and hoses that carry the gas. Every item is built for hospital duty cycles and matched to the outlet standard the building uses – BS 5682, DIN 13260-2 or AFNOR NF S 90-116 – so procurement teams, biomedical engineers and MEP contractors can specify one consistent connection system across an entire facility.
The range runs from single and twin oxygen flowmeters with 200 ml autoclavable humidification jars, through single and double gauge oxygen cylinder regulators with optional emergency outlets and a dry ambulance version, to vacuum regulators adjustable from -250 mbar to -1000 mbar with paediatric and trap-jar options. Tecnomed manufactures in İkitelli OSB, Istanbul, and exports to more than 45 countries. Because the equipment is made in-house, probe standards, gauge configurations, flow ranges, labelling and packaging can be adapted to the tender at hand rather than to a fixed catalogue line. Production runs under ISO 13485 with CE marking to MDD 93/42/EEC, and the same team that supplies the pipeline systems supplies the terminal equipment, spares and commissioning support behind them.
Order the standard already installed in the building, because the probe is what physically locks into the terminal unit. British-influenced hospitals normally use BS 5682, German and Gulf projects usually DIN 13260-2, and French-influenced markets AFNOR NF S 90-116. Tecnomed supplies flowmeters, regulators, gas valves and probes in all three, plus AFROX SANS 1409 flowmeter probes. If a site has mixed terminals, tell us the count per standard and we build the order accordingly.
Both options exist in the range. Flowmeters, gas valves with manometer and vacuum regulators plug into the wall or pendant terminal unit through a gas-specific probe and run on pipeline pressure. Oxygen cylinder regulators and oxygen therapy devices screw onto the cylinder valve with a Bull Nose BS-341, DIN or Pin Index connection and reduce 230–250 bar cylinder pressure to patient level. Many hospitals buy both: pipeline equipment for wards and cylinder equipment for transport and backup.
The wetted, detachable parts are designed for it. Flowmeter humidification jars are polycarbonate and can be autoclaved at 134 °C, and the humidifier bottle on the oxygen therapy device is rated for 121 °C sterilisation. Vacuum regulators are autoclavable and can be ordered with a trap jar to keep fluid out of the mechanism. Disposable vacuum jars are available where single-use collection is preferred.
It is dedicated medical gas tube manufactured seamless to EN 13348 and supplied degreased and capped at both ends, in 5-metre straight lengths. Every pipe is marked with the EN 13348 norm and its diameter so an inspector can verify the material on site. Fittings, single and double clamps, GCu sleeves, M8 studs, steel anchor clamps and clamp rail are supplied to match.
The probe and hose programme covers oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air at 4 bar, medical air at 7 bar, medical vacuum and carbon dioxide. Hoses follow the EN 739 colour code and are rated to 10 bar. Nitrogen and AGSS connections are handled through the matching outlet and wall module range.
Yes. The TEC41.08 dry regulator for ambulance gives a compact flow-gauge regulator without a humidification jar for mobile use, and the TEC41.09 regulator with gas outlet lets a second device be connected. Oxygen cylinder regulators are also available with an emergency outlet so a resuscitator or transport ventilator can be fed alongside the primary patient line.
